Zoodata has been awarded the Department of Communities Tasmania’s Business Application Transformation project.

The BAT will replace several legacy (and out of support) business systems using the Decisions platform. The new system will transform business processes for both internal and external users and is a perfect example of how Decisions will assist an organisation to achieve Business Application Transformation.

DCT will be able to use an intuitive, flexible and customizable single application solution which incorporates:

Automated workflows with inbuilt business rules as an end-to-end service model
Inbuilt Customer Relationship Management functionality
Integration with internal and external 3rd party systems
Accessibility, and available on any standard browser and device
Robust security, backup, restoration and disaster recovery processes
